Order and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order before dispatch, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices

Prices include the product only; import duties or taxes applied by your country, if any, are paid by the recipient. The price charged is the one displayed at checkout at the time of your order.

Delivery

Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal and guarantee

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receipt. On top of that, every customer is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee, which does not require returning the product. See the Refund Policy.

Legal warranty

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods under the laws of your country. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we replace or refund it.
